With the increase in online sales and the realisation of the impact that can have on the environment, at Love-Rugs we have taken the strategic decision, a commitment, to not only be a carbon neutral rug retailer, but a climate positive one.

To help us achieve this we have partnered with Ecogli to fund the planting of trees, with one tree planted for every rug we sell. 

Each tree helps to remove up to 308kg of harmful CO2 from the atmosphere over its lifespan, meaning together, with every rug you purchase, we are helping restore natural balance, biodiversity and reforestation. 

Besides providing habitats for animals and livelihoods for humans, forests also provide watershed protection, prevent soil erosion and mitigate climate change.

The trees that your purchase helps to plant are around the world including the UK and USA, although major projects include Madagascar, Mozambique, water projects in India and a lot more...
